Frank O'Connor, CCIM, SOIR
Frank is a graduate of Maine College of Art and is the Designated Broker at NAI The Dunham Group. Frank specializes in office, retail and investment properties in Southern and Central Maine. Always an advocate for his clients, O'Connor represents landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, and developers. He is one of three brokers in Maine to be awarded the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. He has been awarded the SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation and was the 2001 recipient of the MCAR (Maine Commercial Association of Realtors) Realtor of the Year.

Thomas joined NAI The Dunham Group in 1996. Prior to joining the group, he served in the U.S. Army where he earned the rank of sergeant. Tom is a graduate of University of Maine (B.S.) with a concentration in finance and San Diego State University (M.B.A.) with a concentration in commercial real estate finance and development. Tom is past President of the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors (MCAR) and a past director of the Maine Real Estate Development Association (MEREDA). Tom specializes in office, retail and investment markets.

Charles Craig
Charles is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the Tuck School of Business (M.B.A.). Charlie joined NAI The Dunham Group in 1986 after three years as a corporate banking officer with Wells Fargo Bank in San Francisco, California. Charlie specializes in the office, retail and investment markets, particularly as a tenant and buyer representative for regional and national companies.

Christopher is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University. Prior to joining NAI The Dunham Group in 1994, Chris worked with Dead River Company for eleven years. Chris serves as a board member for the Cumberland County YMCA. Chris concentrates on mixed-use properties in the office and retail markets.

Katie joined NAI The Dunham Group in 2005. Before joining the company, Katie practiced law at Desmond & Rand, concentrating primarily on real estate transactions. Katie graduated from the College of Charleston in South Carolina (1999) and from the University of Maine School of Law. Katie specializes in office, retail and investment markets.

Mark Sandler
Mark is a graduate of The University of Tampa (B.S.) with a concentration in business. Prior to joining NAI The Dunham Group, Mark led a family business, Sandler Brothers, a food distribution company. As President, he completed a successful transfer of the business to a new corporation. Mark enjoys volunteering as a coach for his children's sports teams. Mark specializes in the office, retail and investment markets.

Justin Lamontagne
Justin joined NAI The Dunham Group in 2011. Prior to joining the company, he was an Associate Broker with CBRE The Boulos Company. Justin graduated from the University of Rochester and earned his Master's degree from Boston University. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors, Realize!Maine, and the Portland Community Chamber of Commerce. He is a mentor at Longfellow Elementary School, a volunteer Little League umpire, and a columnist for MaineBiz focusing on local commercial real estate. Justin is an active member of MEREDA and is a candidate for the prestigious commercial real estate CCIM accreditation.
