Children’s Museum & Theatre of Maine sold their landmark property at 142 Free Street to the neighbor next door – the Portland Museum of Art. The sale allows the Children’s Museum to move forward with construction on their new 30,000 SF facility at Thompson’s Point. Chris Craig and Justin Lamontagne brokered the sale on behalf of the Children’s Museum & Theatre of Maine.
