Agren Real Estate Holdings, LLC acquired an 8,906± SF retail property situated on 1.69± acres at 51 Payne Avenue from Matheson Tri-Gas, Inc. Joe Atwood and Frank O’Connor, CCIM, SIOR represented the seller, while Justin Lamontagne, CCIM, SIOR represented the buyer, all with The Dunham Group.

Elizabeth and David Moseley purchased a 2.56± acre parcel at 46 Red Mill Road from Yellow Bear, Inc. Bryan Plourde, MAI from The Dunham Group represented the seller. Anne Plummer Legere from Maine Real Estate Choice represented the buyer.
