AG-SC Sewall Street Owner, LLC purchased 33 Sewall Street, a 55,875± SF medical office building from Fore River Realty Associates. Tom Moulton, CCIM, SIOR; Katie Breggia, and TC Haffenreffer from The Dunham Group brokered the sale.

Dysart Realty Co. purchased a 13.47± acre parcel on Route 15/River Road from Sprague International Properties, LLC. Thomas Dunham, SIOR and Greg Hastings II, SIOR from The Dunham Group brokered the sale.
