Sleepy Hollow Development, Inc. recently purchased a 8,760± SF industrial building on 3.75± acres at 15 Route 236 from GCBRE, LLC. Sylas Hatch, TC Haffenreffer, and P. Gregory Hastings II, SIOR from The Dunham Group brokered the sale.
