N20KK LLC and M&M Portfolio Holdings LLC recently purchased a four-property portfolio from DCR Properties of Maine, LLC. The portfolio included 470 Odlin Road, Bangor; 29 Landry Street, Biddeford; 56 Airport Road, Waterville; and 22 Verti Drive, Winslow.
