Tom Dunham brokered the sale of 1149 Main Street, a 60,000 SF industrial facility, in North Jay. With a strong desire to expand in Franklin County, Origin Labs purchased the property to expand the nutritional arm of the company. It will serve as warehouse and distribution for their Jocko Fuel line of drinks and supplements.
