Lewiston Guitar Maker Purchases Real Estate for Projected Growth

Sam LeGeyt and Jim Harnden recently represented Bourgeois Guitars in their acquisition of 43/51 North Lisbon Road in Lewiston. This impressive company has been building guitars for the “love of the craft” since the 1970s and has operated in Lewiston’s Continental and Roy Hill Mills. Their partnership with Eastman Music has given them a real opportunity to have greater control of their supply chain and the possibilities Maine’s forest industry can provide them. This acquisition will provide Bourgeois with the real estate they need for their projected growth, their own sawmill, and eventually a new guitar factory.

Chris Paszyc, Nick Lucas and Chris Romano from The Boulos Company represented the seller.
