Early in TC Haffenreffer’s career, he got in the habit of staying at the office until 6pm because he knew that senior brokers and partners Tom Dunham, SIOR and Greg Hastings, SIOR often stayed late to avoid traffic and finish up work. TC would often pop up to Tom and Greg’s office to talk and to listen. “Greg’s got a rolodex a mile long. I started to lean industrial and Greg is the #1 producing industrial broker in the state. If there’s someone to learn from, it’s Greg,” shares Haffenreffer.
Haffenreffer and Hastings’ personalities clicked and the two have been working together on deals for years. “I talk to TC almost every day,” shares Hastings. “I’m big in property representation and TC represents a lot of buyers and tenants. He has a wealth of knowledge and can put the puzzle pieces of a deal together. It’s great when we can put our clients together.”
