Suffolk Construction Company recently leased 1,535± SF of office space at 100 Commercial Street from East Brown Cow. Jim Harnden and Sam LeGeyt from The Dunham Group; Pete Harrington from Malone Commercial Brokers and Jay Driscoll from Avison Young brokered the lease.
