The State of Maine – Workers Comp Board recently leased 8,396± SF of office space at 56 Northport Drive from 56 Upham, LLC. Justin Lamontagne, CCIM, SIOR from The Dunham Group and Steve Baumann and Jennifer Davies from Compass CRE brokered the lease.
