Edward Payne recently purchased a large multi-family portfolio from Kelly Burnham, LLC. The portfolio consists of 9 multi-family properties in Portland totaling 26 units. Tom Moulton, CCIM, SIOR and Katie Allen Breggia from The Dunham Group and Chris Sullivan from Vitalius Real Estate Group brokered the sale.
