Lewiston School Committee recently purchased a 49,192± SF office building at 287 Main Street from Central Maine Medical Center. Tom Moulton, CCIM, SIOR and Katie Breggia from The Dunham Group represented the seller and Brian Dubois from Dubois Realty Group represented the buyer.
