Consolidated Communications of Northern New England recently leased 13,262± SF of office space at 600 Sable Oaks Drive from Atlantic Regional Federal Credit Union. Tom Moulton, CCIM, SIOR and Katie Breggia from The Dunham Group and Mike Cobb from Colliers brokered the lease.
