Treehouse LLC purchased a 18,512 SF industrial building from Canteen Services Co. at 89 Industrial Park Road. Brad Moll from NAI The Dunham Group and Kevin Fletcher from Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the sale.

BH Milliken Inc. leased 11,500 SF of warehouse space from 235 Presumpscot St. Partners, LLC at 235 Presumpscot Street. Brad Moll and Justin Lamontagne, CCIM from NAI The Dunham Group brokered the lease.
