Johnson & Jordan, Inc. leased 15,920 SF of industrial space from Transport Leasing Corp. at 54-58 City Line Drive. Greg Hastings, SIOR and Tom Dunham form The Dunham Group and Mac Simpson from Porta & Co. brokered the lease.

Otto’s Pizza leased 2,072 SF of retail space from Elon Wheels LLC at 15 Cushing Street. Sylas Hatch and TC Haffenreffer from The Dunham Group brokered the lease.
