26 Washington Ave, LLC recently purchased a 13,702± SF industrial building on 3.21± acres at 26 Washington Avenue from Rolling Frito-Lay Sales, LP.  T.C. Haffenreffer and Sylas Hatch from The Dunham Group brokered the sale.

The Center for Health Policy Development d/b/a National Academy for State Health Policy recently renewed their lease of 4,715± SF of office space from 800 Northern Corp. at 2 Monument Square.  Tom Moulton, CCIM, SIOR and Katie Allen Breggia from The Dunham Group and Brian Pashkoff from MGA brokered the lease.
