Fiber Materials Inc., a Spirit Aerosystems Company, recently leased 52,000± SF of industrial space at 20 Morin Street from 20 Morin Street, LLC.  TC Haffenreffer, Sylas Hatch and Justin Lamontagne, CCIM, SIOR from The Dunham Group and Danny Holly and Rhett Turner from Cushman Wakefield brokered the lease.

Sea Bags, LLC. recently leased 10,196± SF of industrial space at 23 Washington Avenue from Meowy Jane, LLC.  TC Haffenreffer; Sylas Hatch; Tom Moulton, CCIM, SIOR; and Katie Breggia from The Dunham Group brokered the lease.  TC and Sylas represented the landlord and Tom and Katie represented the tenant.
