Boreas Transportation Company recently leased 2,000± SF of industrial space at 220 Industrial Way from Industrial Way, LLC.  Justin Lamontagne, CCIM, SIOR from The Dunham Group brokered the lease.

Eastview Parkway Flex, LLC recently purchased two industrial land parcels totaling 1.93± acres from Park North Development, LLC.  Sylas Hatch, TC Haffenreffer and Sam LeGeyt from The Dunham Group brokered the sale.
