MAHC Inc., d/b/a Milestone Recovery recently purchased a 9,460± SF office building on 1.8 acres at 10 Andover Road from CBS Realty, LLC.  Justin Lamontagne, CCIM, SIOR from The Dunham Group represented the buyer and Chris Paszyc from Boulos represented the seller.

Modern Pest Services, LLC recently leased 2,931± SF of commercial space at 124 Freedom Parkway from Lynch Realty Group.  TC Haffenreffer and Sylas Hatch from The Dunham Group brokered the lease.

CSI, Inc. recently leased 10,000± SF of industrial space at 9 Laurence Drive from 9 Laurence Drive, LLC.  T.C. Haffenreffer and Sylas Hatch from The Dunham Group brokered the lease.

Reform Physical Therapy recently leased 2,516± SF of office space at 525 Main Street from 23 Soring Street, LLC.  Tom Moulton, CCIM, SIOR and Katie Breggia brokered the lease.

Sterling Extracts, LLC recently purchased a 3,557± SF industrial building at 15 Quimby Street from Burrow Minot, LLC.  Sam LeGeyt from The Dunham Group brokered the sale.

JAH Properties, LLC recently purchased a 3,352± SF retail investment property at 18 Pepperell Square from JDS Properties, LLC.  The sale was brokered by Jim Harnden and Sam LeGeyt from The Dunham Group and Greg Perry from Broad Cove Collective.

Vital Life Functional Medicine, LLC recently leased 1,800± SF of office space at 491 US Route One from Storage Realty Corp.  The lease was brokered by Tom Moulton, CCIM, SIOR and Katie Breggia from The Dunham Group and Mark Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers.

Douglas Roofing, LLC recently leased retail space at 1040 Center Street from Kathleen Raubeson.  Chris Craig from The Dunham Group brokered the lease.
