R&L Realty, LLC recently purchased 6.36± acres of land on Cyro Drive from Expanded Rubber Products, Inc.  Greg Hastings II, SIOR brokered the sale.

BDM Properties of Maine, LLC recently purchased a 3,360± retail building on 3.1 acres at 31 US Route One from J. Black Properties, LLC.  TC Haffenreffer and Bryan Plourde from The Dunham Group represented the buyers and Chris Vallee from Vallee Harwood & Blouin represented the sellers.

Northeast Tech Group, Inc. recently leased 1,968± SF of industrial space at 100 Innovation Drive from Berzinis Realty, LLC.  Chris Craig from The Dunham Group brokered the lease.
