Maine Muscle Therapy, LLC recently purchased a 1,088± SF medical office condo at 2 Medical Center Drive from PB&J Properties, LLC.  Bryan Plourde from The Dunham Group brokered the sale.

Nong, LLC recently leased 1,500± SF of retail space at 171A Ocean Street from Cashflow IQ, LLC and Double S Investments, LLC.  Chris Craig from The Dunham Group and Peter Gwilym from Porta & Co. brokered the lease.

PH Warren Avenue, LLC recently purchased 4 industrial buildings totaling 40,800± SF from Crossways Park, LLC.  Tom Moulton, CCIM, SIOR and Katie Breggia from The Dunham Group represented the seller and Joe Malone and Jenn Small from Malone Commercial Brokers represented the buyers and brokered the sale.
