Hewitt Properties, LLC purchased a 14,620 SF industrial building from Plaza Properties at 200 Veranda Street. Frank O’Connor, SIOR, CCIM and Charlie Craig from NAI The Dunham Group brokered the sale. 

Maine Based Enterprises, Inc. leased 6,000 SF of industrial space from Hincks Realty at 36 Bartlett Road. Brad Moll from NAI The Dunham Group and Marc Fishman from KW Commercial brokered the lease. 

Morgan Stoner leased 5,250 SF of industrial space from C.P. Technologies at 64 Industrial Park Road. Greg Hastings, SIOR and Brad Moll from NAI The Dunham Group brokered the lease.
