Starbucks recently leased 2,031± square feet of retail space at 145 Commercial Street, the Evie Cianchette Block, located in the heart of Portland’s Old Port shopping district. The lease transaction was brokered by Frank O’Connor, CCIM, SIOR and Katie Allen from NAI The Dunham Group.
The national coffee giant currently resides in Portland’s Old Port at 176 Middle Street and that location will remain open. Starbucks has tentative plans to open the new store this April. 2,000 – 10,000 square feet of retail space is still available next to Starbucks at 145 Commercial Street, Portland.
