SIOR is the leading global professional office and industrial real estate association. Sam is the 6th Dunham Group broker to earn the SIOR designation and only the 13th in the state of Maine. With 3,900 members in over 50 countries, SIOR represents the most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists.

Active in several Greater Portland nonprofit organizations, Sam currently serves as a Director on The Maine Commercial Association of Realtors Board of Directors and is an active member of MEREDA (Maine Real Estate and Development Association).
