We recently negotiated a sale leaseback for the 40,000± SF Molnlycke Health Care building in Wiscasset. The property, located at 11 Twin Rivers Drive will undergo a significant expansion totaling 32,000± SF to house more of the company’s manufacturing processes. Molnlycke stated that this expansion is the next step in developing their North American hub here in Maine. All of their production will be located at two sites in Maine, both in close proximity to each other. The project broke ground on May 2nd.
