We recently negotiated the sale of a 114,448 SF retail building at 164 Longview Drive in Bangor, Maine. Home Depot sold the property, which was originally one of their retail stores for $3,550,000. New owners and development group, Saxon Partners, are a preferred developer for BJ’s Wholesale Club. The company will invest $11 million in the building and lease a majority of it to BJ’s. The renovations will divide the building into two retail spaces, with the BJ’s portion totaling 94,000 SF and the smaller space about 28,000 SF.
