Katie Breggia

“The best part of this job is forming lasting relationships with our clients and watching them achieve their goals. Whether the goal is finding a new location for their business, purchasing their first investment property, or selling a long-held asset, it is very gratifying to be a part of that process.”

With over eighteen years of experience, Katie specializes primarily in the Southern Maine office and investment sectors.  Her legal background provides a unique perspective for clients, and she stays tuned to the market through her diligent research and extensive network.  Perceptive and detail-oriented, Katie provides representation and strategic planning – such as 1031 Exchange preparation, site searches, commercial property valuation, and consulting services – for buyers, tenants, sellers and landlords. Katie is a skilled mediator in deal making, always striving to facilitate an outcome where both parties leave the table feeling that they gained something.  Katie enjoys working with individuals and businesses to help them determine their real estate needs and tailors her process to the goals of each client.

Katie has collaborated with Tom Moulton, CCIM, SIOR for the entirety of her career, and their partnership has allowed them to provide an exceptional level of service and attention to their clients.

Katie is a former board member for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Southern Maine and a volunteer for the Boys & Girls Club.  Previously, Katie served as a Board Member for the Maine Commercial Association of REALTORS from 2011 to 2018 and as its President from 2016 to 2018.  During her term as President of MCAR she visited Washington D.C. on multiple occasions to represent the organization at the national level, and continues to consult for them on various committees.  In 2017, Katie was named REALTOR of the Year by the Maine Commercial Association of REALTORS.

Katie received her Bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston in 1999 and went on to graduate cum laude from the University of Maine School of Law.
