Analytical and diligent by nature, Bryan enjoys helping his clients make more informed decisions when buying, selling, and leasing commercial real estate. Beyond his acumen with data, Bryan also works to build a relationship and understand his client’s end goals for each transaction so he can put their needs first.

With a decade of experience appraising over $1 billion dollars and 5 million square feet of commercial real estate in Maine, Bryan has a keen insight into all commercial real estate sectors. As an appraiser, he’s driven all over the state – from southern Maine to Aroostook County – and is familiar with a diverse array of properties. Clients will benefit from his valuation perspective and collaborative approach to real estate.
Before his appraisal career, Bryan was a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch in Boston, providing customized investment management strategies, including the use of Real Estate Investment Trusts, to business owners and investors, with over $100mm in client assets. He has a degree in Economics and Philosophy from Stonehill College, where he graduated with honors, and spent a semester studying at Oxford University.
Active in the community, Bryan is a member of the New England CCIM chapter, is a past committee member of the Maine Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, and has his MAI designation (Member, Appraisal Institute). Bryan is also the Education Chair for the Maine Chapter of the Foundation Fighting Blindness, the world’s leading private funder of retinal disease research.
Born in Caribou and raised in Standish, Bryan now lives with his wife, Natasha, and their two young boys, Alexander and Avery, in North Yarmouth. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, skiing, bowling, and spending time exploring Sebago Lake and the Maine outdoors with his family.
Notable Transactions
• 29 Brickyard Circle, Auburn: In collaboration with Dunham Group partner, Sam LeGeyt, Bryan represented two business partners in the sale of their 10,640± SF industrial facility for $1,400,000. The transaction set a record high price per square foot for the Lewiston–Auburn industrial market at the time of closing.
• 860 Spring Street, Westbrook: Bryan partnered with Dunham Group partner Justin Lamontagne to represent Calvary Chapel of Greater Portland in its search for a new worship and meeting facility. The growing congregation required a space with specific layout and design characteristics to accommodate its expanding programs. After an extensive search, Bryan and Justin successfully secured a former office call center facility totaling 21,796± SF for conversion and renovation. The transaction earned CoStar Power Broker Award recognition for its scale and impact in the Greater Portland market.
• 122 Cyro Road, Sanford: In collaboration with Dunham Group partners Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia, Bryan represented Holland Power Services, a multinational emergency power restoration firm, in their acquisition search for warehouse and fleet storage space in Southern Maine. Following an extensive site search, Holland Power leased 25,000± SF for regional expansion.
• 84 Warren Avenue, Unit C, Westbrook: Bryan represented Jet Speed Metals in their purchase of a 7,350± SF warehouse and office facility to support their growing metal distribution and fabrication operations. A lengthy search of for lease and for sale options were considered, before this property was successfully acquired for $1,025,000.
• 476 Stevens Avenue, Portland: Bryan partnered with Dunham Group broker Justin Lamontagne to represent Noble Pizza & Barbecue in their acquisition of the former Elsmere BBQ property on Stevens Avenue. The restaurant property was purchased for $1,300,000, securing an ideal location for Noble’s flagship concept.
• 174 Route 1, Scarborough: Bryan represented The Salt Flat Dance Collaborative in its search and acquisition of new studio space. A former industrial/flex building was identified and secured, offering excellent visibility and convenient access along Scarborough’s primary commercial corridor — an ideal location to support the studio’s continued growth and expanding clientele.
