Greg Perry

Broker

Greg brings over two decades of experience in commercial real estate, representing tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers across Maine. Prior to joining The Dunham Group in 2026, he spent 16 years at Cardente Real Estate as a partner before becoming President of Broad Cove Collective, a boutique commercial real estate firm in Portland, Maine.

“The addition of Greg reflects our continued commitment to building a team of experienced brokers who lead with ethics, professionalism, and sound judgment. I’ve known Greg since we sat next to each other for our first real estate license exam in 2006, and I’ve had great respect for the way he has built his career. His experience across multiple asset classes and markets is impressive, but what stands out most is his intelligence, integrity, and calm approach to complex situations. He is an ideal addition to our team, and we’re excited to welcome him to the firm.”
