Christ Church Congregational – Methodist recently purchased a 3,282± SF office building at 1298 Alfred Road from Empeople Credit Union. Sam LeGeyt, SIOR and Jim Harnden from The Dunham Group represented the seller and Suzanne McKechnie from Investcomm represented the buyer.
