The University of Maine System recently renewed their lease of 5,236± SF of office space at 167 Fore Street from 167 Fore Street, LLC. Justin Lamontagne, CCIM, SIOR from The Dunham Group and Steve Bauman from Compass Commercial Brokers brokered the lease renewal.
