When developer Atlantic National Trust had a vision to revitalize Bayside, a highly visible, but previously neglected area of Portland, Maine, they trusted The Dunham Group to lead the deal.

This complicated development started in Portland City Hall where brokers from The Dunham Group presented Atlantic National Trusts’ vision to the Portland City Council. In order to revitalize Bayside, the City of Portland would need to sell the multiple parcels of land it owned in the area.

Once the council agreed that Bayside should be revitalized, they turned to The Dunham Group to develop the RFP and put the city’s property out for bid. In the end, though multiple developers bid on the parcels, The Dunham Group won the bid for Atlantic National Trust.

The Dunham Group was able to secure leases totaling 200,000 square feet before construction had begun on the AAA, Intermed and Gorham Savings building.

Today, Bayside is a thriving gateway to the city of Portland, Maine.
