The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR)
SIOR is a leading professional commercial and industrial real estate association. SIOR represents today's most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists. The 'SIOR Network' includes more than 3,100 members in 480 cities in 20 countries on six continents.
SIOR has certified almost 2,500 of its members with the prestigious SIOR designation, a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry. NAI The Dunham Group has four out of the five SIOR members in the State of Maine.
CCIM, through its education program, has been conferring the CCIM designation since 1969. The 240 hours of graduate-level curriculum leading to the designation represents the finest education available in commercial real estate. Professional experience requirements ensure that a CCIM is skilled not only in theory, but also in practice. Approximately 6,000 commercial real estate professionals hold the CCIM designation in the industry.

Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce
The Chamber is an independent not-for-profit membership organization, which has been supporting our community and local businesses since 1888. Since 1995, Chamber membership has grown 93% to over 1206 members.
