Chris serves as a board member for the Cumberland County YMCA. Chris concentrates on mixed-use properties in the office and retail markets.

Frank O'Connor, CCIM, SOIR is a graduate of Maine College of Art. Frank has been practicing commercial real estate brokerage for 14 years specializing in the sale of income producing investment property. He holds both the CCIM, and the SIOR designations. Frank has been the President of the Maine Association of Commercial Realtors (MCAR). He was the MCAR Realtor of the year for 2001. He is also a member of the Maine Real Estate Developers Association (MEREDA) and serves on it's membership committee.

Thomas Moulton, CCIM, SIOR joined NAI The Dunham Group in 1996. Prior to joining the group, he served in the U.S. Army where he earned the rank of sergeant. Tom is a graduate of University of Maine (B.S.) with a concentration in finance and San Diego State University (M.B.A.) with a concentration in commercial real estate finance and development. He holds both the CCIM, and the SIOR designations. Tom is a past President of the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors (MCAR) and a past director of the Maine Real Estate Development Association (MEREDA). Tom specializes in office, retail and investment markets.

Katherine B. Allen joined NAI The Dunham Group in July 2005. Prior to joining the group, Katherine practiced as an Associate Attorney at the law firm of Desmond & Rand, concentrating primarily in real estate transactions. Katherine graduated from the College of Charleston in South Carolina with a B.A. in History in 1999 and recently graduated cum laude from the University of Maine School of Law. Katherine specializes in office, retail and investment markets.
