Starbucks to Open Second Old Port Location

Date: February 1st, 2013

Starbucks recently leased 2,031± square feet of retail space at 145 Commercial Street, the Evie Cianchette Block, located in the heart of Portland’s Old Port shopping district. The lease transaction was brokered by Frank O’Connor, CCIM, SIOR and Katie Allen from NAI The Dunham Group.

The national coffee giant currently resides in Portland’s Old Port at 176 Middle Street and that location will remain open. Starbucks has tentative plans to open the new store this April. 2,000 - 10,000 square feet of retail space is still available next to Starbucks at 145 Commercial Street, Portland.

Greener Postures Opens Second Location

The lease transaction was brokered by Justin Lamontagne from NAI The Dunham Group and Mark Malone from Malone Commercial Brokers.

Greener Postures Yoga is a locally-owned studio, teaching in the Vinyasa style of yoga and welcomes all skill levels. 65 West Gray Road will house Greener Postures second studio location. This location will offer heated and regular yoga as well as training sessions. The Falmouth studio is scheduled for a Fall 2012 opening.
