	Thomas B. Dunham, SIOR is a graduate of the University of Vermont and Southern Methodist University (M.B.A.) with a concentration in real estate. Tom has been active in industrial real estate since 1976 and was the first member of the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) in the state. Tom is a past president of the Pine Tree Council, Boy Scouts of America and a Corporator of Maine Medical Center. The Economic Development Council of Maine named Tom its Developer of the Year for 1998.
	Greg Hastings, SIOR is a graduate of Bowdoin College (1983) and the University of Maine School of Law (1987). Greg is one of five brokers in the state with the SIOR designation. He has worked exclusively in the industrial real estate market since 1987. He is a current board member of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Portland and a past board member of the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors.
	Tripp Corson is a graduate of Colgate University (1993). Tripp has been practicing commercial real estate since 1999 in the Southern Maine Market. Prior to joining NAI The Dunham Group in 2004, he was an Associate Broker with Magnusson Balfour Commercial & Business Brokers. Tripp speaks fluent Swedish and is proficient in Spanish.
