Thomas B. Dunham, SIOR
Thomas is a graduate of the University of Vermont and Southern Methodist University (M.B.A.) with a concentration in real estate. Tom has been active in industrial real estate since 1976 and was the first member of the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) in the state. Tom is a past president of the Pine Tree Council, Boy Scouts of America and a Corporator of Maine Medical Center. The Economic Development Council of Maine named Tom its Developer of the Year for 1998.

Greg Hastings, SIOR
Greg is a graduate of Bowdoin College (1983) and the University of Maine School of Law (1987). Greg is one of six brokers in the state with the SIOR designation. He has worked exclusively in the industrial real estate market since 1987. He is a past board member of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Portland and the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors. Currently, Greg is a trustee of Waynflete School in Portland.

Justin Lamontagne
Justin joined NAI The Dunham Group in 2011. Prior to joining the company, he was an Associate Broker with CBRE The Boulos Company. Justin graduated from the University of Rochester and earned his Master's degree from Boston University. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors, Realize!Maine, and the Portland Community Chamber of Commerce. He is a mentor at Longfellow Elementary School, a volunteer Little League umpire, and a columnist for MaineBiz focusing on local commercial real estate. Justin is an active member of MEREDA and is a candidate for the prestigious commercial real estate CCIM accreditation.
